Ingredients: 417/10000 Ounce(s) black pepper 1/2 Ounce(s) oregano 1 basil 39/2500 Quart(s) olive oil 1 (about 6) Italian sweet sausage links 28 (one can) crushed tomatoes 5 beef broth 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 chopped, green bell pepper 1 chopped, red bell pepper 1 large onion, chopped 30 (2 cans) (black & white) bea of your choice 15 (1 can) artichokes 1 (1 pkg.) tortellini 1/6 Ounce(s) salt |
Directions: Quarter artichokes.
In a soup pot, saute the onions in oil until translucent.
Add the peppers and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the broth, tomatoes, sausages, and seasonings.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Remove the sausage, cut into 1/2-inch rounds; return to the pot.
Add the beans and artichokes and cook for 5 minutes.
Just before serving, add the tortellini and cook in the soup until al dente.
Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.

If I were having my teeth out again, I'd have soup. I think it's
comforting, and it's definitely easy to eat! My favorite is Jackie Manni 125 vegetable soup Cook the meat and bone in 6 c. of water under a tight lid for several
hours. Just before the meat is done, add the kitchen bouquet of celery
tops, parsley, garlic leaves, and cabbage leaves tied in a cheesecloth. Add
