SAUCY PORK N' NOODLE BAKE



Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
1 Cup(s) Cubed cooked pork
1/2 Cup(s) Uncooked noodles
10 1/2 Ounce(s) Cream of chicken soup
8 3/4 Ounce(s) Can whole kernel corn
1 Tablespoon(s) Sliced pimiento
1/2 Cup(s) Sharp Cheddar cheese,shreddd
1/4 Cup(s) Finely chopped green pepper
Directions: 1. Place 1 tablespoon butter in a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. 2. Add pork and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. Drain off excess fat. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally.
