SALSA VERDE (VTJS99B)



Ingredients:
1 Can(s) Mexican green tomatoes
1/4 Cup(s) Onions; finely chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Cilantro; coarsely chopped,*
1 Teaspoon(s) Canned Serrano chilis;
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic; finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Green chili salsa
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Freshly ground black pepper
Directions: * Also called Chinese Parsley or Fresh Coriander. In a small bow, combine the tomatoes, onions, coriander, chili, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently, but thoroughly together. Taste for seasoning. Refrigerate if not to be used immediately. It will only keep for a couple of days. Yield: 1 cup.
