Directions: Heat the oven to 350. Heat saucepan with water for boiling pasta. Put milk in a saucepan and warm to almost a boil. Add cheddar cheese (save a little for garnish later) and stir until melted. Add mozarella and stir until melted. Add spices.
Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente. Drain pasta and put in oven-safe dish. Mix in sauce. Add ricotta and mix.
Sprinkle with cheddar, paprika, and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until desired brown crust.
