Rosemary Pork Tenderloin



Ingredients:
1/4 salt
1 minced garlic, fresh cloves
1/2 rind (ADD) lemon, fresh
1/4 thyme
1/4 rosemary
1/2 lemon, juice
1/2 oil, canola
1 small onion, yellow
1/4 pepper
1 tenderloin porc
Directions: 1. Combine first 9 ingredients; rub over tenderloin. 2. Place meat on a rack in a shallowroasting pan. 3. Bake, uncovered, for 450 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160F. 4. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes. 5. Slice into 4 even slices.
