Ingredients:
18 washed and dried lemon meyer
1 Bunch(s) 4 inch sprig rosemary
1 1/2 Liter(s) not crappy vodka
37 97/175 Ounce(s) sugar
Directions: Peel lemons and remove any white pith from zest. Place zest and rosemary in a 1 gal glass jar. Add 1/2 the vodka and seal container. Place in cool dark place for 40 days. In a saucepan bring 5 cups water to a boil and add sugar. Heat and stir until dissolved. Cool to room temp. Pour syrup and remaining bottle of vodka into glass container. Seal and let sit in cool dark place for another 40 days. Strain and serve.
