Directions: brown chicken on both sides over medium heat, transfer to a baking dish. in the same pan, saute the mushrooms, lemon juice, garlic and basil in butter. stir in the juice and broth and bring to a boil and remove from the heat. spoon the sauce over the chicken, sprinle with bread crumbs and top with cheese. bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes
