Hot pepper dressing Combine vinegar, oil, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, garlic powder and
black pepper in a small bowl or cruet. Mix well. Use as a dressing
for you favorite salad.

chopped boiled egg and chopped celery. Add boiling broth to mixture. Add
crumbled sage leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. Add raw eggs and melted
margarine. Blend well. Pour i Chorizo stuffed roasted chicken Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a large saute pan, heat the oil. When the oil is hot, brown the ground
pork and chorizo for about 3 minutes. Add the onions, celery, and bell
peppers and saute for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are wilted.

Place all ingredients into a re-sealable plastic bag, seal it and mix well, rubbing mixture all over the duck breasts. Put into refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Green salad with apple dressing and camembert toasts Whisk vinegar and oil in large bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in apple. Let apple marinate at roo

Anchovy yogurt dressing Excellent dressing for vegetables, pasta, fish, or salads. Place all ingedients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate to blend flavors; adjust seasoning before serving.
Onion soup Combine chicken and water in a large saucepan over high heat. Slice the white onion in half, then coarsely chop one half (save the other half for later). Add coarsely chopped onion, carrot, celery and salt to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat Marinated grouper with orange-onion confit 1. In shallow pie plate combine orange juice, chives, grated orange
zest, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. Add grouper and coat completely
with marinade. Refrigerate covered and marinate for 30 minutes.

ile stirring with a whisk. Remove pan from heat and let it cool.
After cooling mixture place in refrigerator to chill.
