Roast Potatoes with Rosemary



Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) potatoes
6 Pound(s) cracked away from skin garlic
137/4377 Quart(s) olive oil
1 Ounce(s) fresh, chopped rosemary
Directions: Preheat oven to 500 degrees or highest setting. Halve potatoes and place on a cookie sheeet. Combine with garlic. Coat potatoes and garlic with oil and season with rosemary, salt and pepper. Place on lower rack of oven and roast 20-25 minutes, turning potatoes once after about 12 minutes. Continue roasting until golded and crisp at edges.
