Directions: Toss together lightly in a bowl the beef, onions, pickles, and chives. In
a small mixing bowl combine mustard, vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper.
Mix well, then toss with beef mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve on bed of lettuce with tomato slices.

Combine all salad ingredients except parmesan cheese. In a blender mix all
dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss carefully, adding
parmesan.
Pizzalinni greek salad dressing In a small but deep bowl, mix mustard, salt, egg and vinegar. Add oil one
drop at a time, beating constantly, until about one-third of the oil have
been added. (Once the mixture begins to thicken, oil can be added several
