Rice Pudding



Ingredients:
1 Quart(s) milk
1 beaten egg
1 Package(s) (not instant) vanilla pudding mix
1 Cup(s) minute rice
1/2 Cup(s) raisins
417/10000 Ounce(s) cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
Directions: Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; serve warm.
