Directions: In a saucepan cook onion, curry powder, celery and garlic in butter till tender but not brown. Stir in rice, bouillon granules, pepper, and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or till rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in crumbled bacon. Stir in raisins with rice.
