Directions: Heat milk. Add washed rice. Cook until rice is soft, about 1/2 hour. Add salt, butter, almonds and sugar. Cool. Beat cream stiff and add the 2 T sugar. Fold into the rice mixture. Serve in a glass bowl. Make a depression in center and fill with fruit or berry jam.
