Rhubarb Crunch



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) melted butter
160/409 Pound(s) sugar
326/625 Pound(s) flour
1/12 Ounce(s) vanilla extract
326/625 Pound(s) brown sugar
1/6 Ounce(s) cinnamon
163/2500 Pound(s) corn starch
1 Cup(s) water
4 finely diced rhubarb
3/4 Cup(s) oatmeal, quick
Directions: Spread rhubarb out evenly in greased 11x7 pan or glass baking dish. Combine in a sauce pan: white sugar corn starch water Cook & Stir until thick and clear. Add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
