4 Pound(s) (or canned chicken) chicken breast
2 corn
1 1/2 cheese
6 Ounce(s) sour cream
1 salsa
Directions: Cook and season chicken breasts (or used unseasoned chicken straight from a can). Shred or chunk chicken into a large stove pot or pan. Add drained corn, large scoop sour cream, whole can of salsa and grate in cheese. Cook +/- 15 minutes until ingredients are melted, blended and hot. Serve hot with Corn chips for scooping. Measurements need not be exact--throw in what you like!
