Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) garlic
1/16 Quart(s) olive oil
163/625 Pound(s) parmesan cheese
163/5000 Pound(s) brown sugar
3 Ounce(s) leaves, minced oregano
3 Ounce(s) leaves, minced basil leaves
1 carrot
2 Ounce(s) diced tomatoes
1 onion
3 leaves, minced thyme
12 pasta
1 celery
3 minced sun dried tomatoes
6 red wine
Directions: 1. Chop the onion, carrot, and celery in a food processor 2. Heat the olive oil in a medium pan, and add the garlic (thinly sliced). Stir for 1-2 minutes 3. Add chopped veg and fresh herbs, reserving some to garnish. Cook over low heat, 5-7 minutes until veg has softened and changed colour. 4. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, wine. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, stirring often. Cook for 45 minutes at a gentle simmer. 5. Cook pasta, toss with sauce. Garnish with herbs and parmesan cheese.
