Directions: Boil cut up potatoes until tender; drain. In small bowl, put mayo, red wine vinegar, sugar, garlic salt and pepper. Whisk together. Put red onion and parsley into large bowl. Put drained potatoes on top of onions. Pour dressing over top. Stir together to mix and wilt the onions.

Judi's creamy potato salad Cut potatoes in small cubes, add chopped egg whites and onions. Mash egg
yokes, add mustard, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and add vinegar. Heat
cream to boiling point and pour slowly on egg mixture. Add butter. When
butter is melted pour mix Easy fruit salad Mix bananas, apples, oranges, and fruit cocktail. Stir in marshmallows and
pecans. Pour yogurt of top of fruit and toss gently until well coated.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Duck salad with cheese toasts and port-currant sauce Heat heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle duck breast halves

and whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
