Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 small diced shallot
1/4 Ounce(s) sugar or honey
3/16 Quart(s) olive oil
2 1/2 Ounce(s) raspberry-flavored vanilla extract
2 Ounce(s) salt
2 Ounce(s) black pepper
Directions: Combine all ingredients except oil, adjusting seasoning to taste. Slowly add oil, whisking the entire time until all is blended. I prefer to combine all the ingredients in a blender, slowly adding the oil through the top until it is incorporated.

Comments: Homemade salad dressing tastes so much better.
