Raspberry Sauce (Sugar Free)



Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) (with addition to taste) splenda granular
13/625 Cup(s) fresh lime juice
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
10 Ounce(s) frozen raspberries
Directions: In a medium saucepan, bring the berries, 2 tablespoons water, the Splenda and salt to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the berries have softened and release their juice, about 2 minutes. Transfer the berry mixture to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a small bowl, pressing the puree through the strainer with a rubber spatula. Stir in the lime juice, and add additional Splenda is desiried. Cover and chill.
