Directions: 1. Heat oil on high in big saucepan
2. Add quartered onions and brown a little
3. Add beef and brown, add flour and mix, a little, until the beef coated
4. Add tomato juice and vegetables
5. Add spices, cover and leave to simmer on lowest setting for 50 minutes.
6. Remove from heat, let cool 10 minutes
