Zeughauskeller potato salad (The Zeughauskeller is a big, cheerful restaurant in Zuerich which
specializes in sausages, as well as serving steak, chicken, fish, and very
good beer and Swiss wine, in an atmosphere of relaxed history [the
restaurant building used to be the Egg salad with leaves 1. In a food processor or in a bowl, finely mash eggs. Add mayonnaise,
yogurt, dill, pepper, and salt to taste; mix well. Serve, or cover and
chill up to a day.

Bayerischer wurstsalat (barvarian sausage salad) Cut the knockwurst into small cubes. Mince the pickles and onion. Mix together the vinegar, mustard and oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Adjust seasonings if desired. Add the capers; mix well. Stir in the chopped knockwurst, pickles, and onions. Blueberry salad Drain blueberries and pineapple, reserving liquid. Dissolve gelatin in
boiling water. Add enough water to reserved liquid to make 1-3/4 cups; add
to dissolved gelatin. Pour into a 13x9" pan. When gelatin is slightly
thickened, fold in White bean salad Shake parsley, oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in tightly covered
container.
Toss parsley mixture with onions, bell pepper, and beans in medium glass
or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Stir in walnuts. Se Garden turkey & rice salad Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing
and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate until
ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
Broccoli salad 1 Combine the broccoli, tomato, bacon, green onions, and mozarella
a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together the sugar, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Pour
over broccoli mixture and stir well to combine. Chill until ready to
serve.
Potato salad (prodigy) COVER POTATOES IN PAN with cold water and bring to boil over high heat.
Cook until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, thinly slice mushrooms, onions
and celery and combine in mixing bowl. When potatoes are tender, drain and
halve or quarter potato Rice and pine nuts Cook rice, onion and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, in 2-quart
saucepan over medium heat about 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in
water, raisins, bouillon granules, mustard and pepper. Heat to boiling;
reduce heat. Cover and simme Creamy ranch salad dressing In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese andyogurt until smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in onions and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min so flavours develop.
Store for up to one week. Stir before serving.
Makes 1 2/3 cups Wild rice meat loaf Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 70 min. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.
Yield: 4-6 servings.
Herbed rice In a medium size pot, heat the oil. Add onions, garlic, and rice, and
saute for 5 min. stirring frequently. Add the water, herbs, salt, pepper
and butter. Stir till it is all mixed together. Bring to a boil, then

cook rice, onion and garlic in oil over medium-low heat, stirring
occasionally until rice is golden b Frozen cranberry salad In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts; fold in whipped topping.
