16 (1 can) undrained, sauerkraut
12 canned or sliced, corned beef
1 27/625 Pound(s) shredded swiss cheese
1/8 Quart(s) light mayonnaise
1/4 thousand island dressing
2 fresh tomatoes
163/2500 Pound(s) melted butter
1/4 pumpernickel or rye bread crumbs
Directions: Crumble or tear corned beef into small pieces. Place sauerkraut in 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Top with a layer of beef, then cheese. Combine mayonnaise and dressing; spread over cheese. Top with tomato slices; set aside. Combine butter and bread crumbs in small bowl; sprinkle over tomato slices. Microwave at 70% power for 12-14 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
