Anja's mushroom and turkey loaf here is something else I threw together last night (open the fridge, see
what's left and use it all up...), while it came out very tasty I think it
will probably need a bit of refinement - I would appreciate comments from

minutes. Drain. Arrange broccoli in greased 9-inch square pan. Melt 5
tablespoons butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until

Parmesan, Gruyere, cheddar, etc.
Cook barley according to package directions until tender. Meanwhile, wash

the mushroom broth to Wild mushroom and fontina pizza Pre-heat the oven to 400F/200C. Cut the foccacia in half horizontally. Brush the cut surface with half the olive oil.

Add mushroom soup, milk (1 1/2 mushroom soup cans full of milk), salt, and pepper.

Buckwheat crepes with potato and mushroom filling Clean the mushrooms and cut them in 1/2-inch dice. Heat a tablespoon of
olive oil and a teaspoon of butter in a large non-stick skillet and stir
the minced garlic in it for a minute. Add the mushrooms and a little salt,
and saute for 10-12 minutes, Spinach mushroom salad Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; remove to paper towelling to drain;
crumble and reserve. Measure bacon fat; return 2 tablespoons to skillet.
Stir in sugar, vinegar, water, and salt. Keep warm.

softened, about 30 minutes. Drain, reserving soaking liquid. Strain soaking
liquid through cheesecloth to remove any dirt. Coarsely chop the Porcini.
