Directions: Melt chocolate chips in mocrowave on medium to medium high until chocolate appears soft, about 3 minutes, stiring after each minute. Do not overheat or chocolate will harden. Chocolate will retain its shape during mocrowaving so test often. Stir in condensed milk, butter an dvanilla. Blend until butter is fully mixed in. Stir in nuts if desired. Spread mixture immediately into a lightly oiled 8 inch square pan. Store in refridgerator.
