Directions: 1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 13X9X2 inch baking pan.
2. In large bowl, place chocolate (broken into small pieces), butter and boiling water; with spoon, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Add flour, sugar, sour cream, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla; beat on low speed of electric mixture until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or unitl wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Frost as desired.

Directions:

Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and salt; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until blended. If necessary, refigerate 10 minutes or until of spreading consistency. Makes about 2 cups of frosting. |
