Directions: Cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pumpkin, vanilla, lemon peel and juice. Sift together dry ingredients, blend into creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 350 degrees.
