Directions: Heat your oven to 350 degrees, dang it.
Beat sugar, oil pumpkin and eggs in large mixer bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute. If you beat the sugar, pumpkin and eggs any longer than a minute, your pumpkin treats will be forever destroyed.
Stir in baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. At this point, jump up and down seventeen times. Pour into greased jelly roll pan, (15 X 10 X 1 inch).
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Or until your house looks like it's burning down. 25-30 minutes; cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cut into bars, 2X1 inch. Store in refrigerator.
Comments: Do not add frosting BEFORE you cook the pumpkin. |
