Ingredients: 1 Cup(s) Butter 2 Cup(s) Granulated Sugar 2 1/4 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour 6 Eggs 1 Lemon, juice of 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla 1 Dash(s) Salt |
Directions: Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugar. Add flour and eggs
alternately, one at a time, to creamed mixture. Add lemon juice, vanilla,
and salt. Pour into a greased and floured angel food cake pan and bake at
325F degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let cool slightly in pan and turn
out onto a cake rack.
