Directions: Arrange apples in a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Pour 1/2 cup of the
maple syrup over apples, stirring to coat well, and spread in an even
layer.
In a bowl, combine beaten egg, butter and lemon juice with remaining 1/2
cup maple syrup. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Fold in raisins.
Pour batter evenly over apple pieces. Bake in preheated 375 deg F oven
for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serve warm with
unsweetened whipped cream, if desired.

I made some changes to this recipe. I used regular salt. I used oil

carbohydrate, 53 g. s Brown sugar pudding Bring sauce to a boil. Put dumplings in boiling sauce. Bake about 20 or 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Apple butter #5 Combine apples and cider in a large kettle, bring to boil, and simmer, covered, until apples are soft. Pass through a food mill or puree in a blender or food processor.
Combine strained applesauce with remaining ingredients in kettle. Bring to a boil, st Egg yolk and syrup pudding (tocino de cielo) Heat the water in a pot and mix in the sugar, stirring constantly, to make a syrup. Cool slightly.

dice the celery, add to the onion and continue on a low heat. Remove and
bruises from the apples and grate them into your pan, discarding the core.
