1 48/85 Pound(s) cheddar cheese
5 Cup(s) water

1 Pinch(s) cayanne pepper
Directions: Chop 5 lbs potato into ~1 inch chunks. Add water to not quite cover. Boil/simmer covered for about 40 min. When potatos are soft remove from heat a nd stir/mash the potatoes to a smooth consistancy. Add milk to a soupy consistancy. Add Cheese and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste and a dash of cayanne pepper. may need to reheat.
