Directions: 1. Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with
vegetable cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon juice and
tabasco sauce. Mix well. One a sheet of waxed paper, combine bread crumbs
and tarragon. Mix well.
3. Dip shrimp in mayonnaise mixture, turning to coat. Dredge shimp in bread
crumb mixture, turning to coat and patting so crumbs adhere.
4. Place shrimp on prepared pan. Broil 4 inches fromheat, turning once,
until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Grease bowl using to stir. Pour caramel over popcorn; stir quickly.
Pour onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten out.
Cool. Put in airtight can.
Keeps for 2 weeks.
Contributor: Ellen Skillet shrimp creole Drain tomatoes, measuring liquid. Add water to liquid to make 1 1/3 cups. Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter until lightly browned. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink. Add liquid, tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf, parsley, Worc Popcorn balls Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt to boiling in a large pan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 2 minutes; remove from heat.
Stir in popcorn until well coated; cool slightly.
Dip hands into cold water.
Shape mixture into 8 balls, ea "oreo" frozen dessert Crush the cookies. Stir in the melted margarine. Press the crumb crust
