Shrimp in spicy orange sauce Prepare the shrimp as directed and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire. Stir well.
Heat a wok or heavy skillet over a medium-high flame. Have all ingredients close at hand. Add oil, then just before it beg Rice, orange and pecan salad Toss all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature.
Orange crush sherbet Combine sweetened condensed milk, orange soda and pineapple in bowl; mix
well. Chill overnight. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze

Pork roast with orange pecan glaze Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat. Pour all over roast. Bake at 325 degrees 40-45 mins., basting occasionally.
Orange julius Crush ice in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Whole orange passionfruit syrup cake Wash the oranges and place the oranges in a saucepan of water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 1 hour. When cool, puree in a food processor with the Colonial passionfruit sauce until smooth. Set aside. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fl Dreamy orange-cream freeze Combine orange juice, soy yogurt and milk in a blender. Puree until thick
and creamy.
Freeze mixture for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until smooth.
Let warm slightly and spoon into individual serving dishes. Garnish with

Contributor: Diabetic orange sherbet Mix together orange juice, lemon juice and saccharin tablets. Churn
freeze. Makes 1/2 gallon. (Churn-freeze: The ice cream or sherbet mix is continuously stirred by mechanical apparatus while freezing.)
White chocolate and orange souffle Preheat oven to 350F. Butter 6-cup souffle dish. Sprinkle dish with sugar; tap out excess. Heat cream and 1/4 cup sugar in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Heat, stirring often, until mixture comes to boiling; lower heat; simmer 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from from heat; stir in frozen orange juice until thawed. S Eggplant with pomegranate sauce Preheat oven to 425øF. Lightly coat baking sheet with olive oil.
Remove stem from each eggplant. Slice eggplants on bias into 1/2"
thick ovals. Spread slices on baking sheet in single layer and brush
with olive oil. Bake eggplants 12 minutes Orange-rhubarb breakfast cake Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, using your fingers, rub the granulated sugar and butter together until blended. Mix in the walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon each of the orange zest and cinnamon. Set the Almost orange julius Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until a thick mixture forms.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Haberno pepper sauce (aka "agent orange") Saute the onion and garlic in oil until soft; add the carrots with a
small amount of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until
carrots are soft.
Place the mixture and raw chilies into a blender and puree until
smooth. Don' Chocolate-orange cake Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Stir over low heat until
butter melts and sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil 2 minutes. Cool
completely.
Preheat ovens to 350F. Grease and flour 10 cup bundt or tube pan. Using
Mixer, beat cake m Orange chocolate mousse Place rice syrup & vanilla in a food processor. Process, adding the tofu a
few chunks at a time. Then add cocoa & orange zest. Add water to thin as
needed.

Preparation: Squeeze orange juice, strain. Break up rock sugar. Mince
preserved ginger. Cooking: Combine water and rock sugar; bring to

A fruit relish for holiday dinners -- In Chicago, where I did much of my growing up, there was a company called Indian Trails that made a frozen cranberry relish, and their relish was traditional at my family's T Potato salad with pomegranate Boil 500 g new potatoes, peel and dice. In a large bowl mix together 250 mL
plain yogurt (use a thick low-fat version to reduce kilojoules), 2 finely
chopped fresh coriander leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
Add potatoes and fold dressing ge Key lime pie martini Combine all ingredients. Garnish with lime wedge and dip the edge in graham cracker crumbs if you like. Yum!

Drain, rinse with cold water, then pat dry. Chill airtight until very
cold, about 2 hours.

Cut betwee Rosemary orange syrup Boil all ingredients together in a 1-quart heavy saucepan until reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 15 minutes. Cool to warm or room temperature.
Flourless chocolate-orange almond cake Preheat oven to 350F. Brush bottom of 10-inch-diameter springform pan
generously with margarine. Blend almonds and 1/4 cup sugar in processor
until almonds are finely ground. Add chocolate; blend until chocolate is
finely ground, scraping sides and bottom Orange jello salad 1. In a large bowl, combine water and jello. Stir till dissolved.
2. Add orange sherbert, mix till most lumps are gone.
3. Add drained oranges.

Heat oven to 450F. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder,
cream of tartar and salt. Cut in 1/3 cup butter until mixture resembles

bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt; mix
well. Add melted chocolate, orange peel, oil, orange juice, vanilla and eggs;
