airtight container. Baste poultry while baking at 375 degrees for one

Adobo (mexican smoked chile marinade) This spicy marinade owes its unusual flavor to the chipotle, a smoked
jalapeno chile. Chipotles are usually sold canned in tomato paste. Look
for them at Mexican and Latin American markets. Adobo marinade goes
particularly well with pork.
Juice West indies marinade rub. 15 ml 1 tbsp curry powder. 15 ml 1 tbsp ground cumin. 1,25 ml quarter tsp
chili powder. 7,5 ml half tbsp ground black pepper. 15 ml 1 tbsp paprika.
2,5 ml half tsp ground mixed spice.

I don't have time right now to re-type the entire article, but here Herb & oil marinade Combine ingredients. Allow meat to marinate in shallow glass dish for 4
hours in refrigerator. Baste with marinade during broiling or barbequing.
Lemon marinade. 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 Clove garlic, crushed. Juice of half a lemon.
Ground black pepper. 30 ml 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp

Add 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon fresh
minced garl Brown bean marinade for barbecued pork 1. Mash brown beans to a paste, mince garlic. Then combine in a saucepan with stock, salt, sugar and soy sauce. Slowly heat, stirring, but do not boil.
2. Remove pan from heat. Then stir in sherry, Five Spices and food coloring, mixing well to blend. Add Brown sugar marinade for barbecued spareribs Mince ginger root, then combine with remaining ingredients. Rub mixture over spareribs. Let stand 1 hour, then roast.
Achiote marinade and barbecue sauce for beef Marinade: Combine marinade ingredients.
Makes enough for 2 pounds of beef.
To use: Toss paper-thin slices (1 inch by 3 to 4 inches) of beef sirloin
with the marinade in a nonmetallic bowl. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or
