Directions: taragon, or other fresh herb. 1. Break garlic head into cloves and cook in boiling water intil soft (about 20 min.). 2. Drain, remove skins and place cloves in mortar or blender. Add salt olive oil, vinegar and herb. Mix well, adjust seasoning to taste.
