Directions: Pizza Crust:
Flour

Tofu tomatoes
Oregano, salt and pepper
Mushrooms,
Dried tomatoes preserved in oil
A few hours in advance, marinate mashed tofu with tomatoes that have been sprinkled with oregano.
Prepare pizza crust : mix all the ingredients and knead until it is smooth and stretchy.
Let it rest for 1 hour under a dish towel
Roast chopped mushrooms in oil and keep until later.
Spread pizza dough in an oiled pizza pan.
Place tofu tomatoes, mushrooms and cut pieces of dried tomatoes on pizza.
Sprinkle oregano on top of pizza.
Cook for 15 minutes at 425F in a pre-heated oven.

Mix remaining ingredients (except water), add yeast mixture. Then add warm water until the mixture forms a soft ball. Knead. Allow dough to rise until doubled. Place on greased pizza pan.
Marnin Tofu fried rice Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry
tofu in oil with garlic and ginger 3 minutes. Add peas, bean
sprouts, mushrooms, onions and carrots. Stir-fry until peas and
carrots are tender. Stir in rice, almonds and soy Mushrooms stuffed with couscous Peel the mushrooms and remove the stems.
Broil them top-side up.
Place the couscous, olive oil, cumin, cayenne pepper, and lemon zest in a bowl.
Season, then stir the flavourings through the couscous.
