Microwave marshmallow creme and cream cheese for about 30 seconds. Stir together and spread over cookie crust. Cool. Use a food processor to puree. Add the cream and horseradish. Season

are translucent. Add all other ingredients and cook for 1/2 hour under slow
to medium heat. Puree in a food processor and strain through a fine sieve.

Rinse the ends well and roughly chop them into 1" pieces. Combine the
rest of the stock ingredients in a stock pot, bring to a boil Prawn, lemongrass and coconut soup Cut slits in the lemongrass down to the root, keeping the stalk intact. Place the oil and curry paste in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the lemongrass, stock, coconut milk and ginger and bring to a simmer. Soak 1 pound navy beans overnight. Cook beans, prunes, beef and
vegetables separately. Do not drain. Mix all together and simmer
until the flavors are mixed.

distribute ingredients. Label as Hearty Soup Mix. Store in a cool, dry
place and use within 6 months. Shake well before using.

in St. Georges is rich and creamy. It may be made with frozen or canned
corn kernels, but it won't have the same delicate sweetness.
