of water to boil and cook vermicelli until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain
in a colander, rinse with warm water and turn into a serving bowl. Toss

New england cranberry sauce Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring until
sugar has dissolved. Cook about 10 minutes, or until berries have
all burst and liquid is reduced somewhat. Sauce will thicken more as
it cools. A pinch of cinnamon or cloves Meatballs with sauce Grind sirloin and dice cheese into 1/4" cubes. Mix onion powder, garlic
powder and cayenne pepper, with the eggs, ground meat and sirloin. Roll
into 2-1/2 inch balls. With a spoon make a hole in the center of each
meatball, put in a cube of Mushroom sauce Coat a frypan lightly with oil or butter. Add mushrooms; stir-cook 2-3 minutes until mushrooms look a bit dry. Add broth and pepper. Tomato and cream sauce In a large unheated skillet, combine the oil, garlic, salt and
pepper. Stir to coat with the oil. Cook over moderate heat for 2-3
min. until the garlic turns golden not brown. If using whole
tomatoes, run them through a food mill directly over Sauce for asparagus Mix the ingredients, add pepper for flavor.
Bechamel sauce 1. Chop the onions finely, saute them in the butter until glassy. 2.
Add the flour and stirring constantly until flour is light yellow. 3.

Habanero pepper sauce Saute the onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Add the carrots
with a small amount of water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and
simmer until the carrots are soft.
Place the mixture and the chiles in a blender, and puree the mixture

Bake in buttered bread pan at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.

Beef sate with peanut sauce Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 1 hour to prevent burning when
cooked. Cut tenderloin into 1-ounce strips about 5 inches long. Thread
meat onto skewers and refrigerate until ready to cook. In a small
saucepan, combine peanut butter, coconut White wine pasta sauce with chicken Brown chicken.
Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite pasta will do.

and let it soak for 30 minutes. Mash the pulp and extract as much
juice from it as possible. Pour all liquid into a bowl, and save the
fibrous residue for making the sauce.
Sli Tomatillo sauce * Use 2 canned serrano chiles, rinsed and seeded or 1 fresh serrano
chile, seeded.
