Directions: Bring water to a boil. Add shrimp; return to a boil. Lover heat, and
simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Drain shrimp well; rinse with cold water. Chill.
Peel and devein shrimp; set aside.
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells 1/2 to
1/4 inch thick. Cut pineapple pulp into bite-size pieces, discarding core.
Set aside 1 cup pineapple pieces; reserve remaining pieces for use in other
recipes.
Peel, seed, and seciton orange and grapefruit; combine fruit sections with
1 cup pineapple pieces and shrimp. Cover; chill until ready to serve.
Before serving, peel and dice avocado; sprinkle with lime juice to prevent
discoloration. Combine avocado and shrimp mixture; spoon into reserved
pineapple shells. Pour dressing over top before serving.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend
well. Serve immediately. Yield: 3/4 cup.

Pineapple angel lush Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Gradually add whip topping. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom layer on plate and cover with 1 1/3 cup of mix. Place second layer and cover with 1 cup of mix. Place top layer -- cover with Pineapple beef marinade Add all the ingredients, stiring with wish making sure the sugar dissolves.
Allow to sit for an hour so the flavors blend. Place meat in a freezer bag
large enough for all the meat to lay flat on one side of the bag. Stir
marinade one more time Pineapple bars Combine 1 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, flour, pineapple, baking soda, salt, and
vanilla. Pat out onto a cookie sheet (shallow, 1 inch deep). Sprinkle with

Note: I do not know where these recipes originated from so I am using the
names of the two ladies that gave them to me many years a Pineapple rum sauce In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and rum. Mix until combined. Add
pineapple; toss gently, and store in refrigerator.
*TIP: To substitute for rum, use 2 tsps. rum flavor or extract and 4
tsps. water.

Asian grilled pork tenderloin with pineapple Cooking Directions
Place pork tenderloins in resealable plastic bag; set aside. In small bowl, combine marinade ingredients; pour over pork. Seal bag; refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate, or up to 24 hours to enhance flavor.
Preheat grill to mediu Glistening pineapple salsa or slices Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
Slice the pineapple into slices, or into 1 inch chuncks. If you select chunks, soak bamboo skewers for 30 minutes in water.
Toss the pineapple in the marinade and let rest for 20 minutes, stirring on Plum and pineapple sangria Peel, halve lengthwise and core the
pineapple. Cut half into 3/4 inch
thick spears and the onther half into 1 inch chunks. Transfer pineapple to
a pitcher, and add plums of various types, pitted and sliced. Sprinkle

milk all at once. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add lemon juice;

In a saucepan, mix pineapple juice, crushed pineapple with juice,
unflavored gelatin, and Stevia Rebaudiana ext Calypso pineapple bean pot In a large, nonstick skillet, combine pineapple, onion, garlic, and brown
sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 15 minutes or until

Pineapple-mango salsa Twist crown from pineapple. Cut pineapple lengthwise into quarters.
Remove fruit from shell, taking care to cut out any "eyes" that
