another minute or two, pour in casserole dish and let cool, then stir in
cottage cheese and cool whip. Set in ref. for two or three hours. Will
keep for days.

Broiled pineapple with cinnamon and rum Place the pinapple slices in a baking pan that will fit under the broiler.
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and cloves and sprinkle over the pinapple.
Broil until tender and somewhat caramelized.
Remove the pineapple to a serving platter. Combine the Pineapple cheesecake Crust: Combine butter, crumbs and 1/4c sugar. Press against sides and bottom of spring form pan (8" or 9"). Chill.
Filling: Mix pineapple syrup with water to make 1 cup's worth.
