Directions:
Beat all ingredients together well until you have dough like for dumplings. Roll dough into a long roll and cut small pieces about 3 inches in length. Roll each piece flat and roll it round about the size of a saucer. Place about 1 Tbsp. of filling on each dough circle. Fold over & pinch with fork like pie. Drop in boiling water carefully. When they come to the top of the water, they are done. Put the pierogi in cold water immediately. Let sit for a while, drain, and then brown in butter. |
