1 leaf bay leaves

1/2 water
2 vinegar, white
12 egg, whole
Directions: 1. Bring eggs & water to boil on high heat. 2. Lower heat to half and let simmereboil for 8 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, pour all remaining ingredients into a saucepan & bring to a simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. 4. Drain eggs & cool with cold water. 5. Unshell eggs & leave in water until vinegar is ready. 6. Place all eggs into a masson jar. 7. Strain vinegar to remove solid ingredients & pour vinegar onto eggs in jar. 8. Let cool a few minutes before closing jar. And then let cool at least 30 minutes before placing jar in fridge. 9. They'll be ready tomorow.
