Ingredients: 1 Pound(s) Cooked beans (any kind) -(Spice Island chicken 1/2 Onion, diced, sauteed -stock base) 2 Centiliter(s) Garlic, crushed 3 tb Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon(s) Canola oil Lemon pepper to taste 1 Cup(s) Mushrooms, undrained 1 c COOKED brown rice 2 Cup(s) Baking powder; 2 Eggs |
Directions: Cook beans. Saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are clear. Add
mushrooms, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans,
cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour.
This is complete nutrition when eaten with some green salad. Nearly no fat,
and none animal. You can eat as much as your heart desires and gain not an
ounce. I soak my beans over night in soda water to eliminate gas.
For variety, use beef stock, and other veggies sauteed, and other
spices...the variety is infinite! The taste is DELICIOUS!!!!
