Peanut Garlic Marinade



Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) Lemon, halved
1/4 Cup(s) Shrimp; peeled
4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic; minced
3 Tablespoon(s) Celery, rib, chopped

Directions: Put broth, peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice and sugar in the blender. Blend smooth and add cayenne to taste. Arrange chicken parts in a large shallow baking dish and pour over marinade. Turn once and refrigerate, covered. Bring to room temp before baking. Bake uncovered, at 350 for about 1 hour. Serves 4 to 5 as a dinner entree.
