Directions: Put broth, peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice and sugar in the blender.
Blend smooth and add cayenne to taste. Arrange chicken parts in a large
shallow baking dish and pour over marinade. Turn once and refrigerate,
covered. Bring to room temp before baking. Bake uncovered, at 350 for about
1 hour. Serves 4 to 5 as a dinner entree.
