Donegal oatmeal cream Use Oatmeal "Pinhead" if you can get it. This is the cracked oat groat, not rolled. Thin your favorite jam slightly with warm water. Soak the oatmeal in the milk for 30 minutes, turn all into a pan and stir until it
boils. Then simmer 3-4 minu Coconut cream dressing In small bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Chill before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes about 1/2 cup Dressing
Sour cream coffee cake Mix all ingredients, except sour cream: add sour cream.
Topping:
1 tsp. cinnamon; 2Tbs. flour; 2 Tbs. soft butter; 5 Tbs. sugar
Put half of batter in greased tube pan, sprinkle 1/2 topping over batter; add rest of batter and topping. Bake ay 350 degrees 4 French fried ice cream Scoop ice cream into 4 balls. Freeze until very hard. Blend egg whites into almond paste until smooth. Dip ice cream balls into almond paste mixture, then coat heavily with graham cracker crumbs. Freeze until very hard. butter. Add dry ingredients. Add water and blend well. Shape into a
flattened ball. Wrap in parchment and chill at least 1/2 hour. Roll out
onto lightly floured board until Diatetic cream cheese balls Cream the cream cheese and add pecans. Chill until cheese will form balls.
Dip balls into melted whitecoat or milkcote chocolate coating. Makes about
25 balls.
