Let steep 3-5 minutes; remove tea bags. Use immediately or cool at room
temperature 2 hours. (After cooling, store in refrigerator. Don't chill
quickly or tea will cloud.) Prosecco sangria (stone fruit) Stirr together fruits and peach brandy; let sit at least 1 hour. Stir in
prosecco and peach nectar. Add sugar if desired. Serve chilled.

whisk the egg yokes, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and lemon juice in a double boiler. stir over simmering water until the mixture thickens to a custard consistency. stir in the lemon rind and vanilla. heat the gelatin White sangria Combine the grapes, apples and white wine in a pitcher and let set 1 to 2 hours. Pour in the apple and pineapple juices, add the ice cubes and serve. This recipe yields 4 servings.
Iced coffee cream Dissolve coffee and brown sugar in boiling water. Add cinnamon and
Mixed Spice.
Add cold water and stir well. Add milk, vanilla and whipping cream.
Whisk lightly until evenly combined.
Put 2 ice cubes into each glass. Half fill with coffee m Peachy honey mustard chicken Heat oil in 12-inch skillet. Add chicken; brown on both sides over
high heat; drain off fat. In small bowl blend reserved peach liquid

Allow to cool and pour into a freezing tray and place into the freezer. Allow to freeze but not in a solid block. Beat up with fork. Serve into individual glasses and drink with a straw. Plum and pineapple sangria Peel, halve lengthwise and core the
pineapple. Cut half into 3/4 inch
thick spears and the onther half into 1 inch chunks. Transfer pineapple to
a pitcher, and add plums of various types, pitted and sliced. Sprinkle
with 1 T superfine sugar and stir to White sangria punch (nonalcoholic) In large pitcher, combine grape, grapefruit and lime juices;
refrigerate. Just before serving, add soda water and grapefruit
slices.

White sangria with pomegranate ice cubes To make Pomegranate Ice Cubes: Seed pomegranates by cutting fruit into 4 pieces then submerging fruit in sink or large pot of cool water and gently working seeds free. Seeds will sink while white pith floats. Place about 1 teaspoon seeds into each well of Iced tea southern style Put water on to boil in a kettle. Slice part of the lemon, de-seed and place the slices into the container. Depending on taste, a slice or two should do. Place the sugar on top of the slices in the container, along with the tea bags (up to 6 are recomm Iced lemon cookies Known as anginetti, these delicious cookies are made throughout southern
Italy. This Neapolitan interpretation is particularly lemony.
FOR COOKIES: Preheat oven to 350F. Line 2 baking sheets with fo
il. Using
electric mixer, beat sugar, unsalted butter, v Iced green tea Mix tea, mint, and boiling water together in a bowl. Allow to
sit for about 6 minutes. Pour through a wire sieve over another bowl
and throw away all the leaves. Add cold water. Cover the bowl and

White sangria splash Bring wine to a boil in small saucepan. Completely dissolve gealtin in
the boiling wine; pour into medium bowl. Stir in club soda, lime juice, and
liqueur. Place bowl in a larger bowl of ice and water; let stand about 10
minutes until sligh Peachy chocolate mousse parfaits In a small mixer bowl, combine whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla;
beat until stiff.
Stir together sugar (or sugar substitute) and cocoa; gradually add to
whipped topping, beating until smooth. Spoon mousse into 1/3 cup measure;
pla Iced coffee Dissolve instant coffee and sugar in hot water. Stir in 1 litre of
cold milk and and add ice. For mocha flavour, use chocolate milk

bottom and sides of pan. Layer half of the ice cream, remaining ladyfingers
and then remaining ice cream into pan. Freeze. Combine sugar and cornstarch
in saucepan; sti Peachy chicken Drain 1 can peached, reserving liquid; set aside. In large skillet, brown chicken in vegetable oil. Combine reserved peach liquid, frozen orange juice concentrated, thawed, malt vinegar, brown sugar, basil leaves, salt, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, a Fruit sangria In large nonmetal container or bowl, combine wine, orange juice, lime

Lemon-ginger iced tea Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. While you are waiting for
the water to boil, halve one of the lemons and squeeze its juice into the
pan (it's ok if the seeds end up in the water). Add the squeezed lemon
halves to the pan.
Gr Iced cucumber soup Peel cucumber, remove seeds, and slice. Reserve 4 slices. Put remainder in
blender or food processor with broth, onion, mint, salt, garlic powder and
lemon juice. Process until finely chopped but not liquified. Combine sour
cream and yogurt in Peachy barbecue sauce combine broth, perserves, chili sauce, shallots, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, and remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minuetes stirring occasionally
