Directions: 1. Combine gelatin with water in small saucepan.
2. Let stand for 1 minute.
3. Add reserved peach juice, strained peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir.
4. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
5. Chill until slightly thickened.
6. Beat egg whites together in small bowl until foamy.
7. Add peach mixture.
8. Beat on high, about 10 minutes, until light and fluffy.
9. Beat in whipped topping.
10. Fold in peaches.
11. Pour into large bowl or individual serving dishes.
12. Chill until firm.
