Ingredients:
1 oil, olive
1/4 peas, frozen
1/2 small onion, yellow
3 tuna, white, can, in water
1/3 sauce, tomato
1/4 red pepper flakes
1/2 italian seasonnings
Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to recipe. 2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium high. 3. Saute onions until translucent, about 4 minutes. 4. Add tomato sauce, red pe pper flakes, peas and seasonnings to skillet. 5. Reduce heat to medium low, cover & simmer for about 120 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Add flaked tuna and pasta to skillet, heat trough about 2 minutes more. 7. Serve with cooked pasta.

Directions:
1. Bring pot of water to boil over high heat with lid, using twice as much water as pasta.
2. Add pasta

lower heat a little to keep a constant simmer.
3. Depending on the type of pasta chosen, cook pasta, stirring occasionnaly, until desired tenderness:
- angel hair (6 minutes)
- linguini (9-10 minutes)
- macaroni (9 minutes)
- penne (9-11 minutes)
- spaghetini (8-9 minutes)
- spaghetti (8-10 minutes)
- vermicelli (7 minutes)
(al dente - well cooked)
4. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the pasta from over cooking (for al dente)
