Ingredients: 1 oil, olive 1/4 peas, frozen 1/2 small onion, yellow 3 tuna, white, can, in water 1/3 sauce, tomato 1/4 red pepper flakes 1/2 italian seasonnings |
Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to recipe.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium high.
3. Saute onions until translucent, about 4 minutes.
4. Add tomato sauce, red pe
pper flakes, peas and seasonnings to skillet.
5. Reduce heat to medium low, cover
&
simmer for about 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add flaked tuna and pasta to skillet, heat trough about 2 minutes more.
7. Serve with cooked pasta.

Directions:
1. Bring pot of water to boil over high heat with lid, using twice as much water as pasta. 2. Add pasta & lower heat a little to keep a constant simmer. 3. Depending on the type of pasta chosen, cook pasta, stirring occasionnaly, until desired tenderness: - angel hair (6 minutes) - linguini (9-10 minutes) - macaroni (9 minutes) - penne (9-11 minutes) - spaghetini (8-9 minutes) - spaghetti (8-10 minutes) - vermicelli (7 minutes) (al dente - well cooked) 4. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the pasta from over cooking (for al dente) & rinse excess starch or with hot water to keep pasta warm & to rinse excess starch. |

1 bunch asparagus, about 1 pound, trimmed and cooked for 5 minutes in boiling, salted water (reserve water for pasta)
You will have twice as much of the pesto as you need. You can cut the pesto amount in half, but I encourage you to make th Pasta twists with asparagus sauce*** Melt butter in olive oil and lightly sautee asparagus tips. Remove and set
aside. Add flour to the pan and mix well. Slowly add the 1/2 and 1/2 mixing
well to avoid lumps. Keep on low heat. Crumble flavor cube and add to

Another tuna casserole Combine everything in a casserole dish. Reserve some of the chow mein
noodles for the topping. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Top with
remaining noodles and return to oven for 5 min.
Reames cheesy broccoli tuna bake Preheat oven to 350'F. Cook noodles in boiling water 20 minutes. Blend
soup and milk into smooth sauce. Add onions and mushrooms. Drain
noodles. Layer 1 1/2 cups noodles, 1/3 cup tuna and 1 cup broccoli in
a 2-quart casserole. Pour in 1 cup o Lobster pasta with herbed cream sauce Bring very large pot of salted water to boil. Add lobsters. Boil until
cooked through, about 12 minutes (or cook in batches, if necessary). Using

until smooth. Beat in milk. Stir in parsley and seasonings; set aside. To
serve, place broccoli on one third of a large plater. Toss pasta with half
the cheese mixture; spo Skillet pork chops with pasta and vegetables In large skillet, brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high
heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Add pasta with vegetables and water. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook,
stirring occasionally for 10 to 12 minutes, or until pork chops Risotto with mushrooms and peas 1. Combine broth and wine in saucepan. Bring to simmer over medium heat.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Add rice and stir 2 minutes.

6. Toss pasta with sauce Albacore tuna with mushroom caper sauce Brush tuna with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a saute' pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute'
for 2 minutes. Add garlic and continue cooking until garlic begins to
brown. Add wine and Mussels with pasta 1. Cook pasta following box directions.
2. Wash mussels and throw away open shells (these are dead already). Boil water in a large pot and put colinder in it, making sure water is up past conilander bottom. Add mussels and cover with lid. Let cook for Low fat pasta salad Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. For dressing, in a small bowl stir together thawed concentrate, mayonnaise, yogurt and black pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Add orange sections. Peel bananas & lay them whole on top of the peas without mixing.
Cook for 10 minutes. Add water if necessary to prevent sticking.

Mozzarella pasta bake Cook pasta al dente and transfer to glass baking dish (sprayed with Pam). Add most of the spaghetti sauce and stir together. Add half the cheese and fresh sliced mushrooms and mix in well. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Take the dish out of the oven. Turkey-pasta salad Combine the pasta, turkey, corn, zucchini, tomato, red bell pepper, and
cilantro in a large bowl. Combine the picante sauce, dressing and salt in
a small bowl, mixing well to blend. Pour the dressing over the pasta
mixture and toss gently to coat all of Pasta with broccoli and spinach Preparation: chop the onion and shred the spinach leaves.
Alternative to wine: white grape juice works just as well.
1. Cook the pasta in a large quantity of boiling water until just tender. Drain and place in a greased, shallow, ovenproof dish and Parmesan bow-tie pasta COMBINE pasta, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbsp. of Parmesan cheese in large skillet or large saucepan.
