Directions: 1. Make pasta al-dente. while the pasta is cooking, make the sauce.
2. Add garlic to the olive oil in a frying pan, some chili pepper to taste, tuna, and tomatoes. Add salt, bring to boil.
3. Mix with pasta, sprinkle with cilantro or parsley.
Another option: saute with 150ml of white wine
