Ingredients:
1/2 Pound(s) chicken breast
1 Bunch(s) parsley
1/100 Pound(s) garlic
1/4 onion, red
1/2 mushroom, button
7/100 Pound(s) flour, white
7/100 Pound(s) butter
1/2 Cup(s) water
8 Ounce(s) madeira wine
1/2 Ounce(s) penne, whole wheat
Directions: 1. Saute red onion, garlic and pieces of mushroom in a small amount of butter. Set aside in bowl when done. 2. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and saute as well when onion and mushrooms are done. 3. Make sauce by melting 2 tbs butter and mixing with 2 tbs floor. Add maderia wine and water. Add parsley, let simmer for a few minutes. 4. Combine sauce and rest chicken, onion, mushrooms. 5. Cook penne pasta as directed on box. 6. Serve with parmesan.
