Directions: * Chile should be seeded and finely chopped. ** Papaya should be pared, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- Cook onion, bell pepper and chile in oil over medium heat, stirring frequently, until tender.
